Service description
MBLADE is a service where the Customer of the service searches for potential corporate customers for their product or service. The MBLADE service searches for the most suitable potential corporate customers for the Customer and the contact information of their contact persons.
Corporate contact persons represent their company in business and the personal data collected from them is only related to their role and position in their company.
The Customer can use the information of the company's contact persons to target the marketing of their product or service within the organization of a potential corporate customer as accurately as possible. Correctly targeted marketing reduces intrusive direct marketing. In business, it is common for companies to market their products or services to other companies.
In terms of the processing of personal data, the data subjects are the Customers of the MBLADE service and the contact persons of the companies they collect.

Legal basis and purpose of processing personal data

Personal data will be deleted when its retention is no longer necessary to fulfil the law or the rights or obligations of the various parties.

The Customer of the MBLADE service receives the company's contact information in accordance with the service agreement for the purpose and period limited in the service agreement without the right to disclose the information to third parties. The information is not disclosed to third parties. The information is only processed within the EU.
Principles of register protection
We have implemented appropriate technical and administrative solutions to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful loss, disclosure, misuse, alteration, destruction or unauthorized access.
Access to the register is limited by user rights so that only those persons who have been previously granted rights in accordance with their job duties and who need the information can access and process the information.
The systems used to process personal data are protected by adequate and appropriate methods.
